I got my undergraduate degree in Music Education from Nyack College, but started out in music therapy for 4 years, the last 2 at Pennsylvania Hospital.
I then moved to Milwaukee, WI to become music director of a large church.
Got my masters from Cornerstone University and doctorate from Palmer Seminary in Philadelphia.
I’ve been involved in church work most of my working years, but am currently the full-time chaplain at one of the best retirement communities in the nation (and I don’t think I’m being prejudiced): Willow Valley Retirement Communities in Lancaster, PA.
My wife, Darlene, is retired from being a learning disabilities therapist. My daughters and sons-in-law are both teachers.
I hope to be able to work for another 10 years because I love what I do.
