Received BA and M.Ed from Temple University in Psychology. Worked 2 years at Philadelphia State Hospital (Byberry), then 10 years as Asst. Director of the Vocational Research Institute, a Division of the Jewish Employment and Vocational Service. Installed vocational testing programs for the handicapped and disadvantaged. Then bought into a partnership, and was an owner of a motorcycle parts and accessories distributor for 30 years. Spent most of the time on the road selling.
Married in 1967 and had a daughter Leigh in 1972, and a sin, David in 1977. Divorced in 1995.
Currently living with my life partner, Sandra Ferrara, in Boca Raton Florida, where I am semi-retired. I work part time at PETCO as a customer advisor and animal care specialist, and also I deal many casino games for fund raiser’s and corporate and private events on weekends.
My son, David, received his B.S. from Drexel in IT, and his M.A. from Cal State in Forensic Psychology. My daughter. Leigh, received her B.S. from University of Delaware in Geology and Earth Sciences. After working in his field for a while, David is currently managing a group of funky barbershops in southern California. Leigh, worked in Montana, Oregon and Alaska as a Wilderness Guide. She currently is living with her boyfriend, in Kapaa, Hawaii where she teaches in a home school situation, and also works nights as a server in an upscale restaurant.
